Please do not return merchandise before consulting us.

Report the damage within 14 days of receipt with the defect report form.

There might be different reasons why you did not get an order confirmation. Please try the following steps:

1. Check your spam folder for the order confirmation.

2. Contact us (Either there was a spelling misstake during the order process or the order was not completed successfully)

We are shipping with SWISS POST. To track your order you need a way bill number tracking number).

If you already have a tracking number you can check the status of your shipment in the following application:
